Bodo Glimt vs Stromsgodset
It’s quite funny that Bodo drawing a match at this stage of the season was considered a slip up, but I guess you have to call it that as they were 2-0 up at Stabaek before throwing it away. That doesn’t put me of them though, they’re incredibly strong and they will be motivated by the fact that Molde were beaten yesterday and that they can go 6 points clear at the top of the table this early on.
Bodo have played 11 Eliteserien matches so far and they have won 10 of them, including every home match and that’s where they return to today. They have scored an impressive 40 goals which is nearly an average of 4 goals per game. Bodo’s form at home, the Aspmyra Stadium, really is solid to say the least. They have suffered just a singe league defeat there since October 2018 which is just one loss from their last 22. The league-leaders have 13 of their last 15 matches at home, including their last 6 in a row, and all 13 of those wins saw over 1.5 goals scored too
Stromsgodset picked up a win in their last match, however they lost 3 of their previous 4 before that. They have lost their last 3 away matches on the spin, and all three without scoring a goal. That’s what leads me to believe that it’ll be a fairly comfortable win for Bodo later this afternoon.
GrIFK vs Atlantis
This is a great find for goals in the Finland Kakkonen league, I can’t see anything other than a high-scoring match to be honest. The home side are currently bottom of the table and they’re averaging a mouth-watering 5.5 goals per game. They have conceded 24 goals in their opening six matches which is an average of 4 per game. There has been 20 goals scored across their last four matches.
Now if we take a look at the visitors Atlantis, they’re better positioned in the table as they’re currently in the top 4, and they’re averaging 4.66 goals per game which is still really impressive as far as our bet is concerned. They scored goals as well as conceded them in abundance, so this should be a classic from the Finnish lower leagues. There has been 14 goals scored across Atlantis’ last two matches as they were beaten 8-2 just a couple of weeks ago.
So far this season, GrIFK have a 100% record as far as over 2.5 goals is concerned, and Atlantis have a percentage of 83% as just one match has seen fewer than three goals scored.
