Arsenal host London rivals Fulham at the Emirates Stadium today at 5:30PM, with both teams unbeaten so far. The Gunners will be looking to continue their hot streak and extend their early lead at the top of the League.

Predicted Lineups
Mikel Arteta is expected to keep the faith in the team that have given him a perfect start to the campaign.
Gabriel Jesus will continue to lead the line, and will look to get on the scoresheet once again. Last time out at the Emirates, he could’ve had 3 or 4.
The only change that I could see is Tomiyasu coming in for Ben White at right-back, as he’s phased back in from injury.

Fulham rested most of their team in their EFL Cup loss to Crawley Town on Tuesday. Marco Silva saved his Brentford-beating squad for today’s fixture.
Aleksandar Mitrovic will be looking to continue his form in the Premier League – he’s scored 3 in 3 already, so on target to continue his ridiculous goals per game ratio of 43 in 44 in the Championship.
Looking to take the headlines will be goalkeeper Bernd Leno, who returns to the Emirates for the first time since his departure, as he was beaten to first choice by counterpart Aaron Ramsdale.

Team Stats
The Gunners come into this fixture in great form – 3 from 3, and averaging 3 goals a game.
They’ve been outperforming their xGF of 1.8, thanks to clinical finishing from Jesus, Odegaard and Saliba of all players.
In all their fixtures so far, Arsenal have had more shots, more on target and more corners.

Fulham have seen much more even games, with their stats narrowly edging their opponents in all departments.
Having managed 2 draws and a win, in a tough run of fixtures, I expect them to be a tough opponent for Arsenal. 5 points against Liverpool, Brentford and Wolves is no easy feat.

Player Shots and Shots on Target
The two Gabriel’s top the shots department for the Gunners. Martinelli and Jesus have been built quite a connection, and tend to switch around up top throughout the game.
5 players have been averaging over a shot a game, including left-back Zinchenko.

Fulham have been fully reliant on their Super Serb up top. 13 shots and 6 on target in just 3 games.
They have been recording shots, and several players have been chipping in. 7 players have are averaging at least 1 shot per 90.

Player Goals and Assists
Number 9, Gabriel Jesus, has made 5 goal contributions in just 3 games for the club, and I’d fancy him to grab another today.
Odegaard managed to grab a brace last time out against Bournemouth, whilst Martinelli has also managed 2 in 3.
Granit Xhaka has surprisingly chipped in with a goal and 2 assists, thanks to his more attacking box-to-box role under Arteta.

No surprises here. Mitrovic tops the scoring charts for the Cottagers. 3 goals in 3 games is not bad going.
Only two others have managed to bag their first Premier League goals this season – Joao Palhinha and Bobby Reid making the scoresheet.

Arsenal Cards
Referee Jarred Gillett takes control of this game, and has given 3 cards in each of his 2 Premier League outings this season. Over his career he’s averaged a modest 3.35 cards a game.
Just the 4 cards from 3 games for Arsenal this season, with Xhaka already receiving his first. He received 10 in 27 appearances last season, so will need to get a hurry on if he wants to keep up that form.

Neeskens Kebano drew one too many fouls in his 2 appearances this season, and is doubtful for today’s game.
That means Mitrovic tops the stats for fouls drawn and dribbles per 90.
The midfield trio of Palhinha, Stansfield and Pereira also draw a few fouls.

Match-ups to Watch
Gabriel vs Mitrovic
Xhaka vs Pereira
Reid vs White/Tomiyasu
Fulham Cards
I’m expecting Mitrovic to take the headlines today, and that could be for the wrong reasons. He’s one that can lose his head, with 10 yellows last season, and 1 already this season.
Others to look out for are Palhinha and Reid in midfield, who both average 2 fouls a game.

Both Xhaka and Saka have been fouled 7 times already this season, averaging over 2 fouls drawn per game.
On the left wing, Martinelli attempts a whopping 3.57 dribbles per game, and will be looking to get on Tete’s nerves.
