A couple of changes likely for Arsenal

It’s been a frustrating season for Martinelli so far, breaking down with injury early doors but he’s finding his feet again as those around him wilt. Despite Saka not being 100% and Martin Odegaard falling to injury, the Brazilian has managed a shot on target in four of his last five 45+ minute appearances while taking two or more shots against Man City, Sevilla and Newcastle.
Ocampos being given plenty of licence to let fly
Diego Alonso is yet to turn Sevilla’s form for the better but certain individuals are enjoying themselves, including Lucas Ocampos, the Argentinian has taken an impressive 13 shots in the first four matches under new management. Furthermore, he has had two or more shots on target in three of those four matches – he can be backed to do the same against Arsenal at 7.0.

Despite Martinelli being the man to step up recently, Bukayo Saka still remains Arsenal’s most important attacking outlet. En-Nesyri the clear standout
Sevilla have a goals problem, so En-Nesyri’s quality is becoming as important as ever. That showcased itself on Saturday against Celta Vigo, stepping off the bench to score Sevilla’s late equaliser. The striker has now scored seven goals this season from just 3.5 xG, showcasing his impressive finishing ability. He can be backed to score anytime at 4.0.

Ben not whiter than White
Ben White may be changing his hair colour to suit his name but he’s not squeaky-clean, already picking up four yellow cards this season, something definitely worth noting ahead of his matchup with Ocampos. Declan Rice is another with a squeaky-clean reputation but the midfielder can be dirty as well, committing a foul in his last four matches. Fabio Vieira is less fussy about reputation and has committed six fouls in his three starts this season.
Lucas Ocampos is the most fouled player in the predicted Sevilla XI, being fouled in 12 of his 13 matches and in three of four under Alonso’s stewardship. It isn’t any easier for the opposite full back, mind, with Dodi Lukebakio, once of Watford, being fouled in seven of his last nine starts. Elsewhere, Djibril Sow is developing a reputation for drawing fouls while Marcos Acuna, like Lukebakio, has been fouled in seven of his last nine starts.

Gudelj the big baddy for Sevilla
Nemanja Gudelj is a midfielder-turned-centre-back that can be a terrifying proposition for opponents. The big Serbian has already collected five yellow cards this season, committed a foul in six of his first nine matches this season, and committed two or more fouls in three of four matches under Alonso – he’s been let off the leash. In front of him, Boubakary Soumare has been given his first starts under the new manager and has sinned seven times in four matches.
Soumare could have his hands full against Fabio Vieira, the attacking midfielder has been fouled in eight of his 11 appearances and in each of his last six, this has come despite Vieira not starting many games. As for Gudelj, he will be up against Trossard or Nketiah, depending on what route Arteta takes, and both have been fouled comfortably more than once per 90 this season across all competitions.
