Sainz will be pleased to have found the net on Tuesday after his dry spell. He’s still the league’s top scorer but it’s his first goal since the tail end of November.

Something that has been a reoccurrence in his play however is his tendency to commit infringements. He’s averaging 1.4 fouls per 90 and is prone to being a little rash in his play.

Norwich aren’t the cleanest team, committing 9 or more fouls in 7 of Sainz’s last 9 league games. In a game against Bristol City, who have averaged 11.1 fouls against per 90 in the league, I would not be surprised to see him commit at least one foul.

The Robins play a wing back system with wide CBs meaning he’ll be required to do his fair share of tracking back. Sainz to commit 1 or more foul at 1/7.

On the flip side it’s the main Sainz will be up against George Tanner who I’m also backing to commit at least 1 offence.

Tanner is at a bigger price of ½ and poses just as much value in my opinion. As I mentioned, the hosts love to build up in wide areas. The outside CBs are not afraid to maraud down the channels, Tanner’s average position probably more similar to that of a full back than a CB.

This means he can be caught high when possession is turned over with a lot of space behind him to cover. Sainz is quick and lively and has drawn 2.0 fouls per 90 this season. With Tanner having to up against him I can see him committing at least one foul. Tanner 1 or more fouls at ½.

For all their defensive shortcomings, it’s well documented that Norwich are an attacking force in this division. The second biggest scorers, they’ve netted in their last 5 games with 9 goals in that time.

They’re always positive in their play and seeking to make use of their heavy ball dominance. Heading away to Bristol City they’ll still be looking to take the game to the Robins, retaining that impetus in their away games as well as their home matches.

They’ve registered 3 or more SOT in 8 of their last 9 games and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them continue that here. With Sargent likely returning and Sainz and Crnac off the back of their goals on Tuesday confidence will be flowing in forward areas.

The Robins have faced 3 or more SOT in 10 of their last 13 games in the league, against such a formidable attacking side I wouldn’t be surprised to see that before 11 in 14. Norwich 3 or more SOT at 3/10.
