Gakpo has impressed in his return to the Liverpool starting XI in recent weeks, racking up four shots on target in just his last two league starts for the club. He scored in the title-clinching 5-1 win over Tottenham last time out, and could well do so again against a Chelsea side that will have their minds on their Conference League semi-final with Djurgardens.

Across the season as a whole, Gakpo has averaged 1.22 shots on target per 90 in the Premier League. Either side of his injury lay-off, the Netherlands international has had at least one shot on target in nine of his last 11 Premier League games, a return which is only matched by Mohammed Salah amongst Liverpool players.

With that in mind, Gakpo being priced as high as 1.80 to have a single shot on target looks even more surprising. Liverpool had five shots on target in the Premier League clash at Anfield, and a similar number here would surely see Gakpo hit the target at least once.

Chelsea’s Levi Colwill offers fantastic value to commit just a single foul in this clash at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon. No Blues player has committed more fouls in Chelsea’s last 10 games in all competitions than Colwill’s 17, despite the 22-year-old starting just six of these games and only getting off the bench in one of the other four.

The England international has committed an average of 1.35 fouls per 90 in the Premier League, and those numbers have only been increasing of late. Colwill’s last six Premier League games have seen the defender average 2.83 fouls per 90, a massive total which suggests his price here is way too high.

Colwill has fouled in nine of his last 10 Premier League games, fouling twice or more in five of these 10. He also fouled a whopping three times in the reverse fixture at Anfield, which only makes this selection even more appealing.

The defender will likely be matched up against Liverpool forward Luis Diaz, who has started up front in each of Liverpool’s last two Premier League games, winning three fouls and averaging 1.21 fouls won per 90 across the season as a whole.

This is a short-priced selection, but it does still represent excellent value, with Mac Allister being one of the Premier League’s most frequent foulers. Only four Premier League players have fouled more times than Mac Allister’s 60 fouls in 33 league appearances.

Mac Allister has fouled 2.11 times per 90 in the Premier League this season, the average sitting way over the one foul mark, which bodes well for this selection. No Liverpool player to regularly start in the league has committed more fouls per 90 on average.

Coming into this game, the Argentina international has fouled in 19 of his last 20 Premier League starts, so at least one foul here seems likely. The 26-year-old only featured for 9 minutes in the reverse Premier League fixture, but he still managed to foul once in that short cameo.

He will be up against Cole Palmer and Romeo Lavia, who win 1.74 and 0.44 fouls per 90 in the Premier League, so Mac Allister should have ample opportunity to commit at least one foul here.

The Argentina international has drawn an average of 1.63 fouls per 90 in the Premier League, a total of 47 fouls won in his 32 league appearances this season, a total which has him within the top 20 for total fouls drawn in the division in 2024/25.

The 24-year-old midfielder comes into this game in superb form in terms of fouls won, having won at least one foul in 14 straight Premier League games. Ten of these 14 games have seen Enzo Fernandez fouled twice or more.

With only four starts out of 28 in which Fernandez did not win a foul, at least one foul drawn looks highly likely. He will be matched up against Dominik Szoboszlai and Ryan Gravenberch, who have committed 1.47 and 1.29 fouls per 90 in the Premier League respectively this season.
