In December 2022 the National League launched National League TV, a subscription service which allows fans to watch matches which are not on BT Sport or those taking place on a Saturday at 3pm. Matchday passes cost £9.50.

Four teams face relegation from the National League to either National League North or South at the end of the 22/23 season.
